1. Services We Provide
Crest Digital LLC explicitly provides the following B2B services:
- Custom web application development
- Native and cross-platform mobile application development
- Full-stack engineering and API development
- Technical consulting and system architecture
- Post-launch maintenance and support
2. Services We Do NOT Provide
To comply with our payment processor (Stripe) and our internal ethical guidelines, we strictly do not provide services for, or build applications related to, the following:
- AI image generation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E wrapper applications)
- Content moderation circumvention services
- Fake account creation or botting software
- Spam or mass email delivery systems
- Gambling, betting, or digital casino platforms
- Illegal activities, dark web marketplaces, or illicit goods
- Hateful content platforms or discriminatory services
- Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit services
3. Acceptable Project Uses
We actively accept and encourage projects in the following domains:
- Enterprise business solutions and internal portals
- B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms
- Legitimate B2C or B2B e-commerce platforms
- Healthcare, logistics, and fintech applications (subject to regulatory compliance)
- Content management systems and custom API integrations
4. Prohibited Project Uses
We will immediately terminate engagements involving:
- Money laundering, fraud, or deceptive financial practices
- Harassment, bullying, or hate speech amplification
- Intentional privacy violations or unauthorized data scraping
- Intellectual property infringement or piracy facilitation
- Malware, spyware, or harmful code distribution
5. Client Responsibilities
When engaging Crest Digital, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, truthful information regarding the project's intent and business model.
- Disclose any specific regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2) prior to engagement.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws.
- Ensure they possess the necessary rights and licenses for any assets or content provided to us.
6. Our Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the absolute right to refuse any project or client if we believe the engagement violates this Acceptable Use Policy. If we discover a violation during an active engagement, we may terminate the contract immediately without a refund for services already rendered.
