Services and project scope
Crest Digital LLC provides software development, technical consulting, e-commerce, and related professional services. Final scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by the written proposal or statement of work accepted for each engagement.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Checkout prices are engagement starting points unless a written proposal states otherwise. Milestone schedules, deposits, and remaining balances are confirmed before delivery begins.
Changes and cancellations
Scope changes may affect pricing and delivery dates. Cancellation and refund terms follow the applicable signed proposal or statement of work.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of project work are defined in the applicable agreement. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
